there are only 2 routes that villainess mangas can go down, either the main heroine is crazy and hates them for no reason, or worships the ground they walk on. Looks like we're getting option B, lezgoooooooo
I'm not convinced. Maybe I've just grown mistrustful due to years of twist villains; but the way Sharne was looking at our MC at first seemed to be with contempt.
After seeing how much the father doted on MC, she decided to do the same
Also when MC called her big sister, there was a pause of possible contempt or maybe just collecting herself
Lastly, the father seemed gave that ominous look. It could be hes jealous some1 else is giving MC attention or maybe he distrusts Sharne.
Bonus point: MC said that sharne came early into the story in a previous chapter
All that being said, I think theres a high chance Sharne is a another isekaid person whos trying to speedrun the story or she was secretly evil in the original novel MC read. But again, I could just be reading into all these points into something thats not there. To me it seems like the author wanted us to speculate on wheather or not Sharne is deceptive or genuine for her treatment of MC. But we'll see
She's genuine. She truly loves MC beyond the shadow of a doubt

my current theory is that grandfather dude is trying to force mc on dad guy, and dad guy ain't taking it. he already has the daugher he cares about, and he doesn't want another
Small tangent, the floors that you can see in the second image this chapter makes me unreasonably angry, as someone who installed floors you never make a pattern like that.
