@xxxNothingxxx the problem is more that imagine the upkeep and expenses of establishing basically anything there. I mean he'll probably discover all kinds of amazing and unbefore realized uses for all the seemingly useless junk there because this is a manga, but there are a lot of problems with attempting to build in such a hostile land. Safety of the people building the initial fortifications for one (though probably theyll lend him troops or some such)

@xxxNothingxxx yeah, but can you really ? its and inhospitable zone, you have to literally develop it from 0, its not worth it unless you have the manpower and the resources to do it. I think its best to leave it as it for the time being until you have time and money, lots money and resources to terraform it, welp
