Hero Union BBS - Basically a bunch of heroes from different worlds complaining/telling stories on a forum. My personal favorite manga.
I can't imagine it being easy to find finished manga. Especially finished isekai manga. Finished isekai manga is rarer than unobtanium.

can't read it here but I like this one. It is different for an Isekai.
Dungeon Nursery
There are a few others that are isekai with some romance thrown in. They are technically completed but they kind of feel like they were cancelled with a chance to give an ending. They are both about cooking and have a saint involved. A third isekai was doing good but was cancelled / completed that I thought was pretty good if you can accept a time skip to the ending. If you're interested I can find them and post.
Oh and one Isekai that kinded of ended in a natural way but is being continued. It's kind of like two books and the first one has been told. It is about a little girl with health problems but she wants to print books, previous life she was a book lover.

JoJo 1-7. JoJo part 7 is isekai, but you should definitely read JoJo 1-6 first. Actually, just read all of them. They are romance and some isekai.
