I went to read the most recent chapters to see if it will evolve and at chapter 39 that's are in the exact same situation lol. The guy feeling bad and apologising because he nearly kissed her (I don't have the full context to that tho) and that it lead to some awkwardness between the two of them and the girl feeling like she would have liked it but couldn't say it because she feels like she is the only one who actually want to kiss...
