@Raiho80 You're being as immature as the main couple in this series, dropping it just because you don't like the comments people leave? It's like you're taking the criticisms personally when none of them are aimed at you and your work. If you personally like the series and enjoy working on it, it shouldn't matter to you what other people say.

@FredFriendly Really now? You could have fooled me given how much you defended Meguro-san from every single one who dared criticize it. If that was directed at Raiho as a scanlator-to-scanlator thing, good. But, I hope that this is not gonna be another Meguro-san with how brutal it gets in there. Given how some people here have a "just fuck already" attitude onto the main couple (presumably from watching and reading too much porn), I'm bracing for the worst.

To put this manga into perspective into how atrocious the relationship pacing and progression is, the below is a rough timeline:
Ch.6, "Roughly two months" dating, hasn't even called her by her first name yet
Ch.9-10, Between 2-3 months dating, getting flustered over an indirect kiss, and first time hugging
Ch.12, Three months dating, first lap pillow, theme park date
Between here and roughly Ch.25-ish it's hard to trace the timeline but it's probably over the span of a few more months i.e. late summer into early autumn (my personal guess given past progression)
Ch.17, haven't kissed (or attempted to yet), haven't seen the insides of each others' houses yet
Ch.18, shonen tier misunderstanding
Ch. 20, tried and failed to kiss, kissed on head
Ch.23, first time visiting mc house, not even alone
Ch.25, still having trouble even holding hands
From here onwards there's some slow progression to being more heavily dressed (coats, scarves) signalling an oncoming late autumn and start of winter
Ch.37, Midnight of 26th Dec, only a kiss on the cheek
Ch.38, 26th Dec early morning, still have not kissed, need to ask to be hugged
Given the mc is 32 at the start of the manga, and is only turning 33 in the latest chapters, the longest this relationship has gone on is under a year. My best guess is it began in spring (Ch.2, not heavily dressed), which would put the theme park date in summer (even lighter dress than in the earlier chapters - shorts, tshirts, sleeveless tops), and the vanilla ice cream incident (Ch.9) around the start of summer too
Meanwhile one chapter after the side couple starts dating they're already holding hands. Even though they're nervous about it moreso than they should be for their age, they're doing it without being weird or awkward. The main couple by comparison is heavily dysfunctional. Three quarters of a year or more and still no proper kiss, difficulties doing anything normal that any adult in a relationship would do (no I'm not necessarily talking about sex) so to call what they have a "relationship" is really pushing it.
Like others have said in this comment thread, it was sorta cutesy at the start but how long is this meant to go on for? How are they not used to each other after three quarters of a year together seeing each other very frequently? It's a ridiculous premise with atrocious progression.

Also @Raiho80 on the last page edit of Ch.21 changed the text the mc said to "Won't you please make babies with me", which invalidates his entire uppity post about sex happening after marriage etc etc, so clearly he's only upset about sexual jokes/comments when other people do it.

I almost never comment on manga I read on here, but I still read them. I'm sure that's the majority of people who read on this site and you're going to just stop the project because you got your feefees hurt that people are joking and legitimately criticizing the manga? You might be more pathetic and childish than the main couple, my dude. Maybe pick a new hobby if you're incapable of being a colossal baby when like 4-5 people criticize something you're doing. Thanks for the new chapter! I liked how he apologised as if he actually did something. And I liked her afterthoughts, about how she was scared but actually wanted it too. About how she thought that it's too bad that nothing happened. It's super sweet, thanks.
And yep, I think that it's right pace for the series. After drama arc and self-repeat aquarium arc I have no complaints about the series. It's wholesome again!
As for comments...bruh
We live today in an age of internet, when people become fans quickly, and quickly find things they don't like, and never restrain to criticize them. It's a good thing, really, as I finally found myself home on this Earth.
But of course it's dangerous for people emotionally bound with topics trashed by other people. The 101 of internet is you have to learn to NOT VISIT the places that will cause you butt to hurt. Such as news sites and so.
@Raiho80 you know, @FredFriendly said it right. He is the example of scanlator who worked on series solely for the sake of series itself. Well, I worked to gain fame, so I guess in this situation I can work as counterexample. I just dropped after 20 chapters because we had little to no feedback and I felt that my work is not appreciated. I understand that we all need injections of motivation from time to time to continue to do what we do. But if you failed to find your own right source of it so far, you're not safe to continue. Plus, why didn't you grow up a community on trinitia discord server? I walked in there some months ago and found it dead. You could have gather there people who are content with how things go, who criticize things only when they are objectively wrong or stupid (lol, objectively, yeah), who themselves drive out toxic people out of their circle. You could have created community that could give you the motivation you needed. There, on discord, because here is "a free passage yard" as russians say. But you didn't do it, so shame is on you. You are free to do what you want, but I personally prefer that release schedule not be broken. And thanks for this chapter. And yes, while I don't appreciate your bonus pages aroung 2/3 of time, this time I was genuinely surprised and even upset that here is none.

Also, you won't be able to find a single instance in any of the comments I've left for any series here on mangadex where I have said any variation of "just fuck already" about the characters in a series.
