With one of the Author's previous works where this type of time travel was use basically had the MC go forward in time and his past self woke up as if he had been asleep the whole time. If that happens then I'm sure she gets what she wants as the teacher will probably take care of her.

It wouldn't, supposedly it would be a chise with vague knowledge of what happened so far and changes to her original personality based on those events and lingering memories or feelings from time travel Chise.
There is no good answer to how to proceed from here and the manga needs an ending before it gets axed.

This author has somehow managed to write the most outlandishly off-the-wall unrealistic manga chapter, and the most down-to-earth realistic manga chapter at the same time.
