Honestly I can't even be sure about that. A common thing between Manhuas I've noticed is that damn near everyone draws every non blatantly evil character as a walking sex god. Notably it is a thing where in like the cultivation genre where the act of cultivation in itself makes you incredibly beautiful.

Given how popular cultivation is as a genre many Chinese artists are bound to have a ton of practice drawing sexy bodies. I'm more willing to bet Chinese artists have more experience drawing for cultivation works than porn.
