i think weapon manufacturer is general designation for military factories under imperial banner, since i think she came from 3rd weapon manufacturer and nias from 7th weapon manufacturer. Basically similar to how soviet named their military factories.

Liam thinks both Nias and Eulisia were/are pitiable women. Liam just has a real problem (PTSD, really) about women dressing sexily to attract attention. Eulisia's seduction falls flat compared to Nias who usually gets in trouble and wears less intentionally revealing clothes. It's why Nias typically gets orders, beyond Nias also being a legitimate genius, even if the 7th are terrible at aesthetics. The 7th tends to be the best performing of all.

I doubt that six years of active duty will be too active. Nobles, especially those destined to inherit planets, would never be sent to fight actual wars, unless it was utterly one-sided. It's one thing to fight a war to defend their own planet, which might be a do or die situation, but where exactly would the military academy send them? If a future planetery governor dies in some random battle that has got nothing to do with his/her home planet, it'd be a pretty big deal.

For general ships, he has ordered from both (ch 14, which is also the first time Eulisia get to witness Nias's girlfailure begging working)

But for his personal mech though, Nias is better for customizing it especially when he goes 'the budget is YES'
