For someone who cares so much about research ethics he's very lax about experimental ethics. I don't know if they have any laws on animal experimentation in Korea, but I'm pretty sure he broke the law by experimenting on a live mouse without prior training. He'd need training as well as permits to conduct experiments on these animals even if his magical cells can help him do it perfectly
