This sounds like too much bullshit, so many things to nitpick. He wasnt the one who created the cells to begin with, if life started from his blood then is it new life? why are the cells so advanced that they can interact in such a way with his brain?

I have to asume some advanced entity, like a god, is behind this, since it said "you are the first player" but then it tries to sound like that isnt the case.
