While I can't praise the heroine and the villainess, the prince is an idiot too. He didn't need to humiliate Nelly just because he found someone new. He didn't even offer the traditional "you harrassed this girl I like" accusation as cause, just went straight to ruining her life for his own convenience. Which is what the other two did, they just were better at it. So three terrible people, although I sympathize with Nelly because I love villainesses, and because she apparently had a pretty terrible home life considering her family cut all ties with her despite her not having been accused of any wrongdoing.
