Why I seen this, while Makoto changed his appearance?

Makoto changed his look to match Ayahiko, even started to glance like him, didn't he despise his brother? Big oof.

Didn't like Takagi fallen in love with Ayahiko (smelling his tobacco stench clothes in the extra chapter), Makoto new look should make her happy, instead she feels disappointed.

Takagi gonna confront Mayuko, instead Nato who he takes as a example of a mangaka... the heck?
