You understand that this chapter is a volume-exclusive chapter, right? The compiled volumes are presumably where there's no censorship for the tits in the chapters that have them. The scanlations done for the other chapters here are based on the magazine-/web-serialized versions of the chapters, where the editorial-mandated censorship applies.
