Correction:I still find it bizarre that every chapter here gets hundreds of comments even though apparently most people don't even care for the story. Most manga I read get more like 5-40 comments a chapter even though they're more enjoyable. I guess people are just attracted to trainwrecks?
Like it just seems this story is wildly popular; nothing else I read even comes close to this level of engagement. It's so weird, for a story so many people seem to dislike or be bored with. There are other stories I read where most people think the story is bad and don't know how it's still going (like Daredemo), but even those get only a fraction of this engagement. Somehow this one, with a premise that doesn't seem particularly notable, with an audience that doesn't seem to care for it, is nevertheless the most popular thing I've ever come across on MangaDex.
Right now only 22 of 84 posts in the thread are from them collectively, so it's more than just a few loud people.
Maruto's comment on Xitter made it sound like it's going to be some explicit rating chapter 45 that didn't make it into the main manga.Fucking hopefully we get that... Unfortunately, i'm not really confident it's gonna be anything worthwhile
It's because there is (usually) a lot to discuss. In most romcom/romance stories, every chapter is limited to "mc and a love interest ended up doing some stuff together and it was cute/heartwarming". In most plot-heavy stories there's a big overarching plot that is moving slowly with each new chapter without any complex stuff happening.I still find it bizarre that every chapter here gets hundreds of comments even though apparently most people don't even care for the story. Most manga I read get more like 5-40 comments a chapter even though they're more enjoyable. I guess people are just attracted to trainwrecks?

I guess she's the main character now.
Unironically, /a/ . But you gotta catch the live dump thread. Is being properly translated somewhere? I appreciate the speedy efforts of folks here with MT for us to have a discussion, but I want something that's proof checked.
Yes, this is important. In Daredemo, all the main characters are a piece of bullshit and they recognize it. There is not moral debate possible in any way. Even Makoto Itou from School Days is a more nuanced character compared than the MC and the girls of Daredemo. But here there's always a room for interpretations, characters doing questionable stuff that people like or dislike, and it's always fun to analyze or read others' opinions
It's probably less that he's checked out and more likely that Yom has a more busier workload since he's also doing the art for the extra chapters on ComicWalker that have yet to be translated.Don't make the mistake of skipping the novel version before spouting BS like the last time. Yom seems to be checked out and he is ignoring half the content to get it over with.
it's a real crime this doesn't have a fanbox r18 version like some of the twitter mangasStay strong girl, you gotta inspire some doujins first before you croak.
