What exactly does the raging cretin add to this manga? I'm pretty sure the topics of MC's morality were already discussed earlier, so she doesn't bring anything new by questioning it. Better counterargument: The arrow has to be proven that it was human made and in the case that it was, nothing is stopping any monsters or demis capable of wielding a bow from shooting one that they found or looted at a different monster intruding on their territory.
