@Le_Butters - This got licensed by Vertical so the scanlators probably dropped it. They've caught up with the tankobons, so if you want to continue your options are either buying the volumes or waiting for scans.

@KingofSushi
Thanks a lot for pointing this out! Already ordered volumes 5 and 6, which would be up to where the scanlations progressed

Completed? The fuck? I own volume 6 and the story was anything but over. Apparently the author already started the sequel, but the (initial) characters are unrelated?? Did we just get E.S.P'd ??

So this is basically like the opposite of Ajin.

Fun series. It's fascinating gradually learning more about this strange world that they live in, and Kenzaki and Rin's interactions are also fun to watch ^w^

@Gilthwixt Just spent a whole Saturday reading this just to find out that it was never completely translated and find your comment. Also read Tokyo ESP (series was at its best when Rinka was MC and don’t get me started on the ending). These are the risks we take when reading fairly obscure manga especially not knowing Japanese. Currently salty and somewhat sad, I enjoyed this series but almost wish I never started it at this point.

Edit: Reference for future readers, Immortal Hounds vol 5 covers chapters 28-33. Immortal Hounds vol 6 covers chapters 34-40.

@JubilantHyena Luckily enough the volumes are available fully translated in English on Amazon, and I actually scooped up some copies at the local Barnes & Noble. The final battle was truly something, so I highly recommend buying a copy. Unfortunately though, until we can convince a group to pick up the sequel, we won't know how the story ends.

@Tarage Thanks for the clarification, I've seen a good amount of manga get dropped after licensing so I assumed that this was a similar case. :p

If that is the case, could we expect to see eventual scanlations for 31-41 and possibly the sequel Immortal Ridge? It seems like the vertical copies of IH seems to be over as volume 6 ends IH and from there on is IR. Granted IR in Japan is only up to Volume 2 but I wonder.

Either way if you wish to finish the series, can always buy Volume 5 and 6 which I think ends Immortal Hounds proper. Though only paper back sadly. Immortal Ridge sadly is still up in the air though.

I really want to read more of this Author. A few hentai artist that actually do good manga.

I just hate how similar the character designs are from the previous Uwagaki. It makes me a bit angry seeing the old faces resurface. As much as I love the work it still left a few bad tastes in my mouth.
