I read this as a comedy because the MC is full of jokes. I do have to say though that 'dumbing down' your MC just for plot purposes is just bad writing.

However, if granny kicks his ass he gonna have to eat her out (how else would she even get wet) before he gives up the pipe ... LMAO. I'm beginning to think he does this on purpose so that he can get his willy wet. Subconsciously he knows that losing to these women will get him laid so he has given up on cultivating and has turned to the way of the manwhore. It would explain a lot.
