It was a trap.Surprisingly wholesome content. I approve.
Wouldn't she feel the pain of the surgery all at once after she leaves tho?
Depends on what variation of the trope we're going with. I've seen a few takes in which the victim feels nothing from beginning to end and leaves completely clueless of what's been done to them (or what's been left in them), so this could easily be a take on that kind of trap.Erm... Isn't the point of this trap in feeling everything after getting out of the hole? I don't think feeling all the pain from being cut into all at once is a preferable alternative to... anything
Where are you people getting this lore from? Why would that happen? What would the point be?Erm... Isn't the point of this trap in feeling everything after getting out of the hole? I don't think feeling all the pain from being cut into all at once is a preferable alternative to... anything

Half the time, the hole doesn't even have sensory abilities and its the victim that stupidly feels that they don't want to deal with this slimy low level trap that could never kill them, so they turn their own senses off. A lot of the time, its not a build up of pleasure, but the trap modifying their sensitivity to unrealistically high numbers, etc. Basically, there are a bunch of parameters that the tentacle hole trope use to give minor uniqueness, but regardless of path essentially all end in a mind broken victim that will orgasm from a mere breeze.Erm... Isn't Tentacle Hole at least a third of the way there?I'd be 100% down for an actual series like this.
"I Was Reincarnated in a Erotic Dungeon as a Sensory Deprivation Tentacle Trap, and Decided to Become a Doctor Instead!"
Or the victim walks out of the trap completely unaware that anything lewd had happened (though sometimes imprinted with a subliminal compulsion to return to the same spot for further covert violation), and sometimes even oblivious to the fact that they've been parasitized by the tentacle creature (either directly or via implanting its progeny within her womb).Half the time, the hole doesn't even have sensory abilities and its the victim that stupidly feels that they don't want to deal with this slimy low level trap that could never kill them, so they turn their own senses off.
