She outright confesses to her brother, though he responds like hes not understanding or is ignoring it, she confides into nanami and its a love triangle at this point, second its kinda hinted the brother knows whats going on and honestly its pretty gross overall, there is a male suitor halfway through he scares off though so I have no idea which way this is leaning

Overall, since the translators jumped 50 chapters, you're missing a ton of context for the later chapters.
