Late to this party but the end with Fushiko (black-haired girl) drinking Yuu-chan's (blonde girl) blood followed by the reverse resembles a vampire's baptism of blood. Pretty strongly implied Fushiko is a vampire or similar creature and she turns Yuu-chan into one at the end of the story.
