Man, I was surprised to see this in my feed. Really liked this series, it's a shame it got axed or whatever (there were a couple of times that the mangaka also had delays in releases, and included explanations about how sorry they were for it, and I'm guessing the scheduling of a weekly release manga was just really hard on them - they also could've had health issue, I dunno).
In any case, it was a nice fluffy series.
And, oh, this chapter just highlights the sheer fucking absurdity Japan has with dyed hair. The one highly publicized incident where a school tried to coerce a western student in a Japanese school to break the school's own rules/regulations and dye their hair to match the Japanese students filled me with a third-hand rage I didn't know was possible. And, yeah, Japanese students in schools with such regulations often have to go to a fucking Doctor to get an "excuse note" proving that their hair is, indeed, that color naturally.
Fucking hell, Japan...
There's even been students that sued over that bullshit, dying their hair repeatedly took a toll on it, plus the emotional toll. Seems many of Japan's teachers are obsessive assholes regarding hair color. I doubt they handle exchange students that don't have black hair very well. And, oh, this chapter just highlights the sheer fucking absurdity Japan has with dyed hair. Thank you, fixed. I somehow managed to miss that even after three checks. Thanks for the chapter! On page two that should be "Do you think this is acceptable?!" instead of "this this".
