@exxp I read a couple of manhwa (I think, though could have been manhua as well) like that back in the day, before I dropped them. No idea about the names anymore.

@exxp He probably mean one or both of these two. There should be more big brother little sister manhwa out there with the sibling that are constantly at each other's throat but these two are the most known ones, I believe.
