It's pretty clear that they're not sleeping together anymore since he found out they're blood related. What's not clear is why they haven't officially broken up. But I don't think so, since the girls aren't sisters.

This makes me think of a joke.
Guy goes into a bar in scotland and finds a guy sitting in a stool, obviously completely drunk.
The drunk thumps the bar, looks at the new comer, and says "I made this bar. I felled the tree, hewed and planed the plank, and vanished it. It took me two years, plus 5 to age the wood. But do they call me McGregor the bar-maker? No, no they don't."
The drunk goes back to his beer, orders another,then slides closer to the guy. He points up. "I did the roof of this place. I quarried the slate myself, cut them to size, and split them. That took 3 years, then I spent a whole summer up there in the sun nailing them up there. But do they call me McGregor the mason or even McGregor the roofer? No. No they don't."
The drunk downs his beer again and orders another to the Bartender who rolls his eyes, apparently having seen this performance before. The drunk slides closer to the guy who is too bewildered to do more than sit at the bar and listen to the drunk's proclaimatons.
"I rebuild that brick wall behind the bar when it collapsed. I mixed the mortar myself, and even had to make and fire some new bricks to finish the job. Took me a year, I started on christmas and ended on christmas eve! But do they call me McGregor the bricklayer? No . No they don't."
The drunk was now shoulder to shoulder to shoulder with the visitor, and he now leans in close and thumps his finger down on the bar.
"But you fuck just one goat...."
