Pun in page 3 is not ロース (roast, or in this case, sirloin), but 塩タン (salted tongue). It's a common joke at yakiniku places: since it's read "Shiotan", they make it sound like it's "Shio-tan", with a moe honorific.
It can't be the other one, mainly because "rose" is ロゼ or ローゼ.
