I think she has agency to roam and be herself at all times except when the Main Quest and storyline are at play.

Well, maybe it's not exactly new; maybe it's been around for ages now, just limited to light novels.
But I really loved How to Survive as a Maid in a Horror Game, so I'm pretty sure something like this will be right up my alley, too. Especially since the former just went on hiatus.
