The adventurer guy was held hostage tho, but I doubt anyone would go after him now since he's now part of the Knights.

Prince is indeed crafty. He didn't start binding Reene to the kingdom too blatantly, but he's certainly making progress with it every time they meet. Reene even realised it's happening, but she doesn't seem to mind too much. After all, nothing would prevent her from saying no. Well, aside from her yamato nadeshiko personality, which prevents her from saying no.
