Removing a certificate is ridiculous, especially when it happens IRL.
Doesn't matter what the guy did it does not change that he fulfilled the requirements and has the capacity to hold the "doctorate" certified.

I mean, maybe, but what could you trust him to do? He caused destruction even though his colleagues were already supervising him. And no one would want a boss who's already gone so overboard so he would be doing grunt work at best and still dangerous at worst. Better to just remove him from the equation imo.
