But there can be logical origins for the phobia, even if the reaction becomes illogically excessive. Though often folk are born with the phobia, stuff wired weirdly in one's brain so to speak. I should know, I have/had a ridiculous phobia that has no logical sense. Gotten over it for the most part, now it just makes me feel tiny bit uncomfortable rather than making me feel like retching being in the presence of the phobia.
