A man with a girl, In an isolated place? Huh yeah asking for a crime... not to mention the kid is walking all around without panties......
This comment is beyond disgusting. So are you saying that all men are potential sex predators if they have a chance? Not to mention that it's his kid? (I won't say "not to mention that she's a child" cuz there's too much "proof" to me to say what really stop them to go any lower than 18 yo is only law.) And your words for saying walking around without panties is smells victim blaming and kind of 2nd rape. Disgusting

Idk why you go that deep but... I'm just stating facts.

Not victim blaming
Did I said "It's because she's walking panty-less"?

I'm stating facts/sign of abuse
Alone with so 'called' father in an isolate place
( let's be real there's no proper parents who doesn't want their kids to play and meet other people, go to school and socialise etc.)

Walking alone with missing clothes piece (underwear at that)
Idk about your culture but.. underwear for kids is critical Piece of clothing. (Underwear or pampers for a kids)

Underwear if their age is suitable enough for them to wear them..

and again no proper parents lets their child roam around the city/forest without any thing below them atleast short is enough.

If the kid is in premises of the parents it's fine .

I just said "man" with a girl
The father is a man right?

Rather than.. victim blaming it would rational to think I'm talking about the man's crime.

You can't really blame a kid.. in the law. The blame always end up to the parents, Unless the kid/child is old enough to know right and wrong.
