there paypal was reported a ton for all the scamming they've been proven to do. google the group name(it's one of many they've used). he/she seems to be a real scumbag.
the quality drop is likely due to them having a much harder time recruiting quality talent since word of mouth has spread how bad they are..

Hopefully Inked Scans will keep going with this project. As of right now, the "newer" ComicDom translations are nonsensical. At least they were somewhat readable before.
