If I had to guess, the tentacle rape and mindbreak and snuff and the protagonist's inhumanity make normal scanlators uncomfortable, but it's too slow or not explicit enough to entice the scanlators who translate hardcore pornography. Anyhow, the volume raws can be found at 461888, 461889, 461890, and 477694, if you want to know where things go. You should be able to follow the plot well enough without actually being able to read the dialogue.

The funny thing is on nhentai, the EN one goes up to ch.6 lol which is this: 428027 (then there's the other raws of like 17, 18, and etc.)
