Thanks for the chapter!
Wonder if Hilf can bear the MC's kids? Cause it looks like she's very devoted to him along with him being powerful enough to get her to submit to him yet be caring enough to apologize for winning her in a bet and asking for rather than ordering her help. Then there's his agreeing to wield her against Kyle's last attack and being able to wield her to defeat that firebird in one attack. Poor Kyle. Too wrapped up in his pride and arrogance to take responsibility for own actions or reflect on behavior and instead of learn from a mistake keeps making a worse mistake instead. In any case, depending on Abigail's and Elsa's standing, along with Kerr butting in for her disciple being attacked, Kyle is going to be in big trouble for attacking and cutting Elsa's hair in front of witnesses in the cafeteria, trying to renege his bet, and attacking Yuu and the others with intent to kill multiple times after losing. Worst case for him is expulsion and being disowned by his family for his dishonorable behavior, smearing the family name, and foolishly betting and losing a family heirloom. Although if father like son then Daddy will protect his darling innocent boy and raise all sorts of hell on how his poor son was bullied and taken advantage of and demanding return of the sword and Yuu's expulsion with the only basis being his son is a noble and Yuu isn't.
