Besides MC has someone who he loves you know who.He's literally ignorant to all the other girls feelings.He is not even worthy of her(the main female lead) at this point.Even the female lead doesn't dare to take their relationship forward because of her family background.As for why? If you've focused you should know.

Battle through the heavens is not really a webtoon, its a webcomic adaptation of the novel but the shitty elements are all the same (MC gets OP powers and a harem, girls keep throwing themselves at him even though he ignores them, villains are all ugly and shout cliched lines, etc).
