Ingoku Danchi is unapologetically sleazy and silly, consisting in large part part of borderline-pornographic fanservice. While avoiding explicit sex, writer Jouyama Yui and artist Sakusei Kenkyuujo cram page after page with lewd situations, crude innuendo, and endless bulging acres of nude (or nearly-nude) female flesh. Here, the reader will find no boob unbounced and no butt unbent, no cloth unshredded and no crotch unspreadded.

So... Is it any good?

Depends on your taste for:
A) wantonly stupid parody of common tropes, and
B) shameless pandering to the str8 boi hornies.

Speaking as a fan of both, Ingoku Danchi offers a surprisingly enjoyable and engaging read. Honesty and (strange as it may sound) modesty are key to its success. Ingoku Danchi proudly embraces its own idiocy, keeps tongue planted firmly in cheek, and aims only to offer a passing moment's cheap amusement. Having set themselves this very low bar, its creators proceed to clear it with far more wit, energy and crack-brained creativity than you might expect.

In this, it somewhat resembles both the Mad Magazine of old and contemporary peers from Hentai Kamen and Shimoneta to Prison School and Rosen Garten Saga. I don't mean to suggest that Ingoku Danchi actually measures up in these comparisons. It does not. But taken on its own lightweight terms, it's a lot of fun. Plus the wives cut thicc & dummy cute 🥵

Desperately needs a "comedy" tag tho.

My favorite part of this manga is that they use "housewife" in so many different baffling contexts that the word becomes essentially meaningless, like "ninja" in Naruto.

The redemption of Numajiri and Kiritani is so bizarre for me given the stint in jail did nothing, or maybe they got released early through some asspull since they also were complicit in the crimes of their former boss, particularly the drug trafficking , workplace abuse denying medical treatment to patients, though the tape recorder mainly implicated them on the drug stuff and a little workplace abuse. Also possibly obstruction of justice. IIRC some mightve been accessory charges
