I think the president have altirior motives, obviously, but wether that is sufficient for him to commit murder, I'm not sure. The rape monkeys are probably gonna either be monsters to avoid or some kind of hidden creature that reproduces from rape, those are my guesses.

Fun fact for readers: If you've never taken a CPR class and ever happen to be in a situation where you gotta use an AED on a lady, many bras (particularly in large sizes) have metal support wires under the cups that can conduct electricity. Ergo, the AED will not be as effective since it diverts electricity away from the heart and also can leave some nasty burns. Remove the bra before you use it, if the lady in question is any degree of rational, she'll be more concerned with the fact you saved her life than the fact you saw her bewbs. (And in the US at least you'll even be protected legally under the Good Samaritan law provided your actions were solely for the sake of saving a life)
Like, given how absolutely over the top this manga was from the get go on pervy shit, this would have been the ONE time it's perfectly acceptable and rational to show some damn tiddies and they DIDNT take the opportunity?
