Well, it might've already happened in Middle School considering the flashbacks.

It is unclear if the MC can see the future, hence was able to find Aoi when she was kidnapped back in Middle School, however we do see her stripped naked, sweaty and tied to a rusty bed which applies the kidnappers already had their way with her. Or it was a "Possible Future" he used as a base to know the exact location to where she is kept before she lost her virginity.

Again, it was unclear since it's already been so long ago since that reveal. Hopefully we get an explanation soon since it looks like it's getting close to the endgame. Future chapter suggests that the remaining girls are all going to be kidnapped for one huge orgy bash.
