Painfully relatable as always. :pout:

The MBTI personality test is annoying, but it's not useless. I dislike it being treated as fortune telling or fixed when I rarely get the same result a year apart.

I guess I've tuned out when people treated skin undertones as mysticism, though I didn't mind seasons. Beauty influencers usually are way too woo for me.

Foul on yoga and pilates. Exercise is good. Being present in motions is good. Muscle good. :pout::pout: Terms for positions can be wacky though.

As a proud spiritual-boomer, I have absolutly no clue about anything going on in this chapter in particular.
They're talking about the Myers-Briggs personality types, which sort people into 16 different categories based on four different scales: introversion/extroversion, thinking/feeling, intuitive/sensing, judging/perceiving. It used to be one of the standards for psychological models of personality evaluation, but despite its staying power and corporate support, it is now considered out of date and archaic by the academic community. It's kind of like Jungian Shadows and the like--kinda cool but not a good model for how humans work.

I'm an INFJ-A, and even ended up with 98% Introverted, I wonder if anyone has gotten 100%?
