I'm failing to remember the last time I've seen someone so delicate and full of empathy - and so miserable because of those traits. I think Charles-Henri's first job will also end up being a big failure. Thus, on top of already having to do something he hates, while being watched by hundreds of people, he will also make his victim suffer needlessly and give everybody - especially himself - a life-long trauma.

I wonder where is the other dude's story going. He seems to have been used, but had to take that without a fight, maybe due to some societal hierarchy. At the very least, he obviously didn't like it and seems to be a very sensitive person, like Charles-Henri.
