I keep having to remind myself that this Satou already completed the "slay the Isekai demon lord" quest so his strength should be on world crusher tier and at the very least it's still completely foreign to the magic users in the principle world.

Will he finally run into opponents he can't handle? Would freshen this up a bit imo.

It's only been 22 chapters. There's barely anything here still to actually "freshen" since we still don't know the extent of his powers and the overall story has barely started. The only thing we know is that he's absurdly strong, and with the direction the story has been pointing towards it seems that the story will wind up being more about how he'll help the Earth's magic system broaden itself. If that is the case, we can think of it as the Scientific Method but with magic. We right now are seeing the "observation" portion. With any luck, as long as Axe-kun doesn't show up, the "freshen up" will be in the form of world building as the magic world's belief is flipped on it's head.

Granted, this is wishful thinking on my part. We are talking about manga/anime after all, so maybe we will just get the typical shounen slop of "stronk enemi punch punch friendship stronk ahhh!"
