Okay, so... For those who want this GL tag to be real, I apologise, but there's no tag for it in the original WN. Normally, they'd have (girls love) elements, but there's only (violent depictions), which is to be expected of a story where yes, the point is she's rescuing villainesses, who would normally have come to bad ends without being given the chance to be high-spec, and making them her aides in a kingdom run by villainesses.

That is the plot.

As to why she got murdered? Well, a stab with little warning, or a carriage crash, or any number of variables could have happened... But instead, some random queen turned up and she had the room to do her thing, instead of getting ambushed. The novel doesn't really go into detail on this one, although it goes into some detail with further Avoided Bad Ends.

Really nothing much. Since the raw page also advertised that the first volume is on sale and it contains up to ch4, there should be something as punch line but nope still on prep stage. At least no sign of it up to ch 3.2 that's available there.

She gave the banished girl some pep talk going forward. Then her brother asked her to test the girl by fighting him at arena. She one shot him and got acknowledged. Next, she need to convince her mother (the queen) about her plan.

Going to this pattern, I imagine that it would take a very long time before something significant happens. I understand that this in an adaptation but the pacing is bad and made worse by the decimal chapters. And this is supposed to be just the first girl. That's why I suggest to let them cook first.

If the bandits were given the job by the country to kill the banished lady, then it'd be very easy to just try kill her when the country's soldiers find her then say "Oh, we're sorry but we were too late to save her from the bandits~"
