Jesus Christ, Allen - 5 chapters in 24 hours? You're the real angel here.
I've heard this is an original manhua, not based on a pre-existing webnovel or something, and I'm trying to decide whether it's doing a good job of "don't explain anything until it's necessary" or just an example of writing by the seat of your pants super hard. For instance, Shensui (Lu Shuiyan): up until this point, there hasn't been anything explicitly indicating that she's visiting Pleiades incognito due to being a Daxian planet lord (and knowing that the regent/dowager empress of this planet is in bed with Ditu and the Dragon Slayer Alliance), but you could definitely argue that her going through customs, presumably using a commercial spaceliner, not having a retinue, and wearing nothing but a red jacket instead of a planet lord's finery all implied that in earlier chapters. And it also makes her "please come back home - it's not safe here" speech to her daughter a couple chapters ago far more understandable.
But at the same time, it feels like you have to put a jigsaw puzzle together to figure out the political side of this plot, because nothing's made explicit until it becomes relevant, and you could also argue that the writing's intentionally vague on certain points so the author has leeway to suddenly pull whatever they want out of their capacious ass.
Hell, I'm still not sure whether the Dragon Slayer Alliance and the rest of Daxia are at war yet, or whether the Dragon Slayer Alliance is simply one faction within Daxia that claims to still be loyal, and this is just a factional struggle within the empire.
The "by the way, Lu Shuiyan used to be an angel with the Beiyang fleet" reveal was absolutely out of left field, and raises several questions: aren't angels supposed to have all their shit deactivated when they quit? Is she still officially on the Beiyang service rolls to avoid that? (and how does nobody know this?) Did the file of information on Daxian leaders just neglect to mention "this planet lord was formerly an angel with Beiyang, and she's a fucking HEAVEN TIER"? How did the Pleiades customs equipment manage to figure out that she matched DNA with her daughter, but not figure out she was an angel or who she was in general? Did her daughter get the 'holy blood' (can't recall the correct term for the pink stuff that gets injected into angels) while she was in the womb, because Lu Shuiyan was never deactivated as an angel?
I'm not saying these are necessarily plot holes, but what the fuck is going on?

This professor..... can't he just die?
Didn't he die once already? I really like having him around as a fairly reasonable counterpoint character, and a balancing point for the series. He recognizes (particularly after becoming an AI) the MC's points, but has particular philosophical problems with what the MC has been doing to carry them out, instead of an irrational hateboner for Beiyang's Dragon God. I think he's now a good example of a character who often disagrees with what the MC is doing, but holds some opinions in common with him, and is coming from a fairly rational standpoint. It's nice to have one of those in a series filled with characters who are either with or against the MC.
