See, this doesn't seem particularly accurate. Is North Korea seen as an idyllic pastoral community? One video wouldn't stop critics, it wouldn't stop detractors splicing violent images through the words, it wouldn't stop them showing the violent scenes of each and every one of those angels.
Pointing out that the internet would shut off if the fleets destroyed the satellites? That's a threat. "They are threatening to cut off our free speech!" is trivial. You can spin that so bad.
"They are willing to cut off all communications!"
"They're in control of the media!"
"They must be censoring 90% of their terrible acts! This 10% of atrocities is only the ones slipping past their net!"
"Beiyang, shut down your corrupt satellites! We want a new person in charge!"
Narratives are easy to spin, with the right mindset, and sufficient people working for you. It doesn't even need to be a lot.
