It was probably the only picture you could find because Mongke Tengri is also the name of a Mongolian summer camp.
Given that the Koke Mongke Tengri means "Eternal Blue Sky God" and the ancient Mongols were nomadic followers of shamanic Tengrism; It seems most pictures are just of pretty landscapes since there are really no altars or holy spots just anywhere under the eternal blue sky. (Also because summer camp advertising)
So it was probably a summer camp/festival thing completely unrelated beyond there being a blue sky in the background.
