If you think about it, Celine's plating is really just a fancy version of putting fried sticks (fries, mozzarella sticks, fish sticks, etc) on top of a napkin or newspaper in a plastic basket, like at any regular diner. This is why I don't give any attention to plating unless it directly impacts the flavor of the food (garnishes, separating or combining dry and wet, sauces, etc).

Speaking of, don't you think people who are supposed to be judging food should be a little more cognizant of how spicy an oil should be with that many chilis fried in it? It's the opposite mistake of what they made with Jan's oil. But as someone who's messed up chili oil before, the red is a sign of a good chili oil, but even if you don't get the red color, it'll still be spicy as hell. Since green is paler, I can only imagine how hot that shit is :notlikethis:
