Honestly, the live fish thing is bullshit. Keeping the organs raw isn't going to keep it alive when you've deep fried the entirety of its body. Hell, it's not even possible for it to move if the flesh has been cooked. In any case, usually the reason why the fish jerks isn't because it's alive, but because of leftover reflexes and action potentials in its nerves. It's the same way a chicken or snake moves around after its head is cut off.
Having a full spread page across two separate chapters is cool as fuck though, first time I've seen anything like it.
