How does one heal from a broken hand and arm that quickly? 
That being said, Dan is an interesting foil to Jan (even have similar names lol), seems like they both come from the old-school training world of beating the shit out of your trainee until their body remembers. I could really see Jan getting Whiplashed under Dan (implying he hasn't already under his grandfather). That being said, imagine stating that you're going to open a restaurant with the guy you crippled and expecting him to agree.

I think this is it of this manga for me. Gotta say, the anime warning was right, it doesn't sit right with me that this Dan character broken the lifeline of a Chinese cuisine cook and nothing happened to him. Was pretty fun until this point, enjoy the rest y'all
