Okay, so Jan discovered shrimp spring rolls that are almost identical to a Cantonese dish in dim sum, and chicken feet, which is also a very popular dish in Cantonese dim sum. And Celine has discovered...fruit crepes. Are these two really supposed to be geniuses? 
I wouldnt say spring roll is tasty for me since it s very simple but the author describe the vietnamese dish here is very accurate. I'm from south vietnamese so idk about the north but shrimp, crab isnt really common in cha gio cause it s expensive. The rest is still true
