Some of you guys misunderstood the chapter. Sure some of Chinmi's enemies might died while fighting him but it was never his intention to kill them. Rajinken is a killing technique that forces Chinmi to have the intention of killing someone and that's why he hates to use it

I re-read the previous chapters, there are twin swastika sickle brothers (death sickle), crescent blade guy, spinning knife guy, Gazel the cleaver kungfu guy. Unless they miraculously get first kid aid and survived, they're pretty much dead.

You need to remember that Chinmi's fights were life or death fights. So of course Chinmi's opponents will be severely injured or pretty much dead. Chinmi had no choice
