It easily can be, but isn't always. My appraisal: even going off the context of the narrative, スタイル as in "figure" is the favorable translation (he was just talking about her face and skin, then told her to stand up, at which point we get a 3/4 body shot-- so the jump to "body shape" is smaller than the one to "clothes") as opposed to the certain one (she is wearing visible clothing that could still be commented on).
