Once again evidence one really needs to carefully check labels! Btw, is Japan rather lax in checking labels at stores to ensure not selling alcohol to minors or is this one of those one time slips where both customer and clerk saw the logo and thought it was a normal drink while missing the small print showing alcohol content? Here in the US the stores are really nitpicky about it. Unless really look old they'll ID you even at grocery store, and if cashier under 21 they have to call someone over to verify age and scan the alcohol.

@Ovdose Oni usually have a higher tolerance, but can still get drunk. Also, Mino's species hasn't been clarified yet. If go by her appearance and name could say she's part Minotaur, and if go by family she's human who just happens to be strong, eats lots of vegetables, and has horns that only the MC pays attention to. Could be an Oni but other than appearance, which could also be attributed to being part Minotaur, she hasn't shown any other Oni traits. Frankly I think she's a human that the author added a few traits to help make her stand out to MC and readers more.
